Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Greenwise Financial Solutions, LLC (“Greenwise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit greenwisefinancial.com and related websites or forms that link to this Policy, communicate with us, request information, or use our services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy does not govern a third party’s website, product, or service, even if we link to it. A third party’s privacy policy governs its own practices.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

Information you provide

We may collect:

  • identifiers and contact information, such as your name, postal address, email address, and telephone number;
  • information about your financial situation, such as approximate debt amount, debt types, creditors, income, expenses, employment information, and information needed to evaluate potential debt-relief options;
  • account and transaction information associated with a debt-settlement program, including information concerning enrolled debts, settlement activity, payments, and a dedicated settlement account;
  • identity-verification information, which may include date of birth, government-issued identification, Social Security number, or similar information when reasonably necessary;
  • communications, including emails, text messages, chat messages, form submissions, and call recordings where permitted by law and after any legally required notice or consent;
  • marketing preferences and records of your consent or opt-out choices; and
  • any other information you choose to provide.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account details, identification documents, or other highly sensitive information through a general website contact form unless we specifically request it through an approved secure process.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language, and general location derived from IP address;
  • pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, dates and times of visits, session activity, and interactions with forms or advertisements;
  • cookie, pixel, tag, local-storage, and similar technology data; and
  • advertising and attribution information, including whether an advertisement led to a visit, inquiry, or other action.

We use analytics services, including Google Analytics or similar tools, and advertising technologies that may recognize a browser or device over time and across different websites or services.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from:

  • referral, advertising, and marketing partners;
  • debt-relief providers and other companies to which you have asked us to refer you;
  • creditors, debt collectors, dedicated-account providers, payment and identity-verification providers, and other vendors involved in providing requested services;
  • consumer reporting agencies, but only where Greenwise or an authorized provider has a legally permitted purpose and obtains any authorization required by law;
  • public records and commercially available data sources; and
  • affiliates, professional advisers, regulators, and other lawful sources.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and provide consultations;
  • evaluate whether our services or a third party’s services may be suitable for you;
  • provide, administer, support, and improve debt-settlement and related services;
  • refer you to a selected debt-relief provider, financial-services provider, or other provider when appropriate and as disclosed to you;
  • verify identity, obtain or review consumer-report information when legally authorized, prevent fraud, and protect account security;
  • establish and administer dedicated settlement accounts through independent providers;
  • communicate about your inquiry, application, account, settlements, and requested services;
  • send marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices;
  • record and review calls for quality assurance, training, documentation, security, and compliance, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements;
  • operate, personalize, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve our website and advertising;
  • measure marketing campaigns, perform retargeting, and deliver interest-based advertising;
  • maintain records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and protect our rights and the rights of others;
  • comply with applicable laws, legal process, audits, regulatory obligations, and law-enforcement requests; and
  • carry out another purpose disclosed at the time information is collected or with your consent.

3. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

Service providers and contractors

We use companies that provide hosting, security, analytics, advertising, communications, call-center, customer-relationship-management, document, identity-verification, payment, dedicated-account, professional, and other operational services. They receive information as needed to perform services for us and are subject to appropriate contractual restrictions where required.

Referral and business partners

Because Greenwise both provides services directly and makes third-party referrals, we may disclose information to selected debt-relief providers, financial-services providers, or other partners to evaluate or fulfill a request. Before or when we make a referral, we will identify or describe the relevant recipient as required by law. The recipient’s own privacy policy governs its independent use of information.

Creditors, debt collectors, and program providers

If you enroll in a program, we may disclose information to creditors, debt collectors, settlement negotiators, independent dedicated-account providers, payment processors, and other parties involved in administering requested services.

Advertising and analytics partners

We may disclose identifiers, device data, internet activity, and advertising information to analytics providers, advertising networks, social-media platforms, and related partners. Some of these disclosures may constitute “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws even if no money is exchanged.

Legal, safety, and corporate transactions

We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process; respond to regulators or law enforcement; protect rights, safety, and security; investigate fraud or misconduct; enforce agreements; or support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets.

With your direction or consent

We may disclose information to another person or organization when you direct us to do so or provide consent.

We do not disclose text-message opt-in data or consent to third parties for their own unrelated marketing. We may provide that information to vendors that help us deliver messaging services and to other parties as required by law.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Interest-Based Advertising

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, analyze use, prevent fraud, measure advertising, and provide or personalize advertisements.

You may control certain technologies through our Cookie Preferences tool: [INSERT COOKIE-PREFERENCES LINK]. You may also adjust browser settings, although blocking some technologies may affect website functionality.

Where required, we recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device that sends the signal. If you are logged in and applicable law requires it, we will apply the choice to your account where we can reasonably associate the signal with that account.

5. Telephone, Text, Email, and Call Recording Choices

Where you provide the required consent, Greenwise may contact you at the telephone number you provide using calls or text messages, including communications made using automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice where permitted. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent and stop marketing text messages by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. You may opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in an email. You may also contact us using the information below. A request may take a reasonable time to process, and we may still send non-marketing communications permitted by law, such as messages about an existing account or requested transaction.

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, documentation, security, and compliance. We will provide notice and obtain consent when required by applicable law. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell the representative or end the call and contact us through another available method.

6. Consumer Reports and Credit Information

Merely visiting our website or submitting a general inquiry does not, by itself, authorize Greenwise or a third party to obtain a consumer report. A consumer report may be obtained only for a legally permitted purpose and after any notice, written instruction, authorization, or other process required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state law. If a referral partner independently seeks a consumer report, its disclosures and privacy policy apply.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide requested services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, document communications and consent, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security measure or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information you provided to us is no longer secure, contact us promptly.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access that information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information;
  • receive a portable copy of certain information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • appeal our refusal to act on a request.

To submit a request, email privacy@greenwisefinancial.com, or call 561-598-8296.

We will verify requests as required by law. Verification may require matching information you provide with information we maintain. Do not email identity documents unless we specifically direct you to an approved secure method. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
