Where is the Cash? Firstcash, Inc to Pay $5 Million to Servicemembers and Family Members

Have you received your redress money from FirstCash? By final order of the CFPB, Firstcash Inc. and its related defendants Cash America West, Cash America East were ordered to set aside $5,000,000 to to ensure full redress to harmed servicemembers and their family members in connection with thousands of unlawful pawn loans. According to the final order 42,698 pawn loans were given between October 3, 2016 – August 25, 2024 which could be eliglbe for redress.

$4,000,000 will also go to the CFPB victims relief fund.
